Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items such as perishable goods, personalized products, and opened food items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
